This is a super-easy recipe for chili casserole. I love casseroles this time of year because they are warm and hearty, the oven heats the kitchen in this cold winter, and there's little time and cleaning investment.
This casserole pretty much simply involves lining a baking pan with refrigerator biscuits.
Then pouring barbecue chili on top. I made mine, full of veggies, but you can make it any way, or even use canned!
Sprinkle the top with cheese and cook. So yummy! Serve with corn or green beans and a nice salad.
