This week we finished the book of Exodus. Today we get to listen to another audio installment at Our Father's Plan. Go to ewtn.com-> libraries -> audio library ->index of audio library -> Our Father's Plan (it is on page 5) -> Israel in Egypt

OUT OF THE MOUTHS:

QUOTES FROM LITTLE BILL:

(at 6) "Mom, back in the old days, when I was 5 . . . "

(mom talking about how Little Bill is still young enough to enjoy Little Bear, Thomas the Train, and Bob the Builder) "Give it up, mom."

(after tween daughter tells me I'm weird) "I don't think you're weird, mom. I think you are int-er-est-ing."

(during morning snuggles I tell him that I love him & am so lucky to be his mommy) He looks up at me all sweetly and whispers "Yeah, you are."

(after refusing to use his own bathroom for days and using mine instead, I finally got him to tell me why) "Your shower curtain is pretty. I'm tired of looking at the froggies on mine."

(we have a Nike gift card & decided he didn't need shoes, so I told him we could use the gift card to stock up on Nike socks) "No, I know mom! We could use it to stock up on Nike candy!" {huge goofy grin on his face}

(We get Starbucks on the way to the grocery & I'm driving and the steering wheel makes a noise, so I say "Oh, I forgot that I need power steering fluid.") He says: "Mom, is the coffee getting too good, so you are forgetting things?"

QUOTES FROM JILL:

Jill: "Valentine's Day is coming up and I don't have a boyfriend."

Mom: "You're 11, honey."

Jill: "So what. What if I don't have a valentine by then?"

Mom: "Aw, honey, I'll be your valentine!"

Jill: "I am running away."
